Interlibrary Loan (ILLIAD)

The ILLIAD service allows you to borrow books from other libraries. You can also request electronic copies of articles from the Falvey collection (document delivery) and from other library collections. Our document delivery service for items from the Falvey collection can often be processed within 24 hours.

At certain times of the year, the size of our queue will determine how many requests are filled each day. In rare cases a request may exceed the library's budget, at which time staff may deny the request or refer the patron to a librarian.

* Be sure to check Falvey's online catalog, to determine if the library owns a particular book or other type of material before requesting it on ILLIAD or E-Z Borrow.
