Please join us in room 205 of Falvey Memorial Library on Monday, March 24 at 3:00 p.m. as Dorly Piske of Partners of the Americas presents a talk about the eco aspects of making Bio Jewelry with acai seeds/beads from the Brazilian rainforest. The talk will be followed by a workshop in which event attendees will have the opportunity to make jewelry and either purchase it or donate it for purchase by others. Proceeds will go towards supporting a travelling a mammogram program for impoverished women in Goias, Brazil.
