Money Smart Week @ Falvey: Money Matters When Looking for an Apartment and Signing a Lease!

Event Description:

Please join us in Falvey Memorial Library on Wednesday, April 9 at 4:30 p.m. in room 204 for the final event in our Money Smart Week @ Falvey Memorial Library series.  Kathy Byrnes, Office of Student Life, will unpack the issues that come with off campus living.  She’ll discuss start-up expenses, financial elements of renting, household budgeting and protecting your security deposit.

Money Smart week is a national initiative between the American Library Association and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago to encourage financial literacy programming at libraries. At Falvey Memorial Library Smart Money Week programming focuses on financial issues important to students.

The event, co-sponsored by Falvey Memorial Library and the Office of Student Life, is free and open to the public. Pizza will be served!
