A live video conference with David Gonzalez, NY Times Metro Reporter, who will be leading a discussion titled "Diversity and American Life." David will describe the ways in which waves of immigration have been remaking this country and how immigrants have settled into local communities and, in turn, remade and even revitalized them with their institutions and traditions. Pizza will be served. This event is co-sponsored by Falvey Memorial Library and the Academic Learning Communities.
