Event Description:

Please join us on Tuesday, Sept. 18 at 3:00 p.m. in Falvey Memorial Library’s Speakers’ Corner as Bernard P. Prusak, STL, JCD, professor of theology and religious studies, presents a lecture titled, “The Church and Non-Christian Religions: A Reflection on Vatican II document ‘Nostra Aetate.’” The lecture is part of Villanova University’s celebration of World Religions Day.

Fair at the Connelly Atrium — 11:30 a.m.:  Information tables hosted by students and/or local church leaders representing diverse religions present on campus.

VU Faculty Dialogue Luncheon in Corr Hall Lounge —12:00 p.m.: VU Faculty are invited to a luncheon discussion titled “Diversity of Faith Traditions.” RSVP’s should be sent to Anne.minicozzi@villanova.edu.
 
Lecture in Falvey Memorial Library — 3:00 p.m.: Lecture by Bernard P. Prusak titled “The Church and Non-Christian Religions: A Reflection on Vatican II document ‘Nostra Aetate.’”
 
Forum in Connelly Cinema — 4:30p.m.: Joseph T. Kelley, PhD, DMin, director of the Center for the Study of Jewish, Christian, and Muslim Relations, Merrimack College, will be giving the keynote lecture titled “The Virtues of Inter-Religious Dialogue.”
