Request a Venue

We will do the best we can to accommodate your request, however, please take the University academic calendar into consideration before scheduling.

Please note that scheduling an event depends on staffing; there are twelve weeks during the year which are unavailable for hosting an event. You may refer to the Villanova University academic calendar for exact dates in order to avoid any university scheduled breaks or holidays, midterms, as well as the first two weeks and last two weeks of the semester.

For photos of the venues available for requests, please follow this link.

If you have any additional questions after completing this form, please contact libraryevents@villanova.edu or telephone: 610-519-3872. We look forward to working with you!
