We will do the best we can to accommodate your request, however, please take the University academic calendar into consideration before scheduling. Scheduling an event depends on staffing; our team can handle a maximum of 4 events per day. To do allow this, we require a minimum of 10-12 days notice for scheduling events. We generally don't host events on weekends, but we will consider weekend space requests if we are given notice very early (at least 2 or more weeks).
Please note also that there are twelve weeks during the year which are unavailable for hosting an event in the first floor public spaces (First Floor Lounge and Speakers' Corner). You may refer to the Villanova University academic calendar for exact dates in order to avoid any university scheduled breaks or holidays, midterms, as well as the first two weeks and last two weeks of the semester.
