Why doesn't the journal's website for The Thomist allow me access. It says "the librarian must reconfirm their IP address." I am trying to get the full text to my citation to David Tracy, "Lindbeck's New Program for Theology: A Reflection," in vol. 40 July 1985.

If you are off campus when you searched for this title, you will be denied access because it is only recognized Villanova's IP address. To have the website recognize your computer, you can access the journal title through the library’s catalog by selecting the "off-campus access" link which contains the proxy server information allowing access. The proxy link contains the University's IP address and recognizes you once you enter your VU email user id and password.
