   Recommend PubMed, specifically, limiting to the bioethics subset. Start at library homepage--> Databases by title --> PubMed Use "Limits" tab. Check off "Bioethics," click "GO." Try these search strategies: (epilepsy OR seizure*) AND (driv* OR license) second topic: (seclusion OR seclud*) AND psychiatric ... Asterisk will retrieve all forms of word.
