I'm looking for information on Schein's Theory of Organizational Culture Levels and I'm having trouble finding a book or an article to quote from.

1. The Management and Operations Subject Guide is a good starting point to identify resources for topics like organizational culture.

   For example, in Business Source Premier, it is possible to search for Schein in the People category.  Here are the results of that search:
