Jewish History

  • Vufind
    The Library's online catalog
  • WorldCat
A catalog of library holdings worldwide. WorldCat will indicate any local library holdings and also offers an inter-library loan request option.
  • E-Z Borrow and Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary loan is available for books and journals that are not owned by Falvey. EZ-Borrow is usually faster than interlibrary loan, since the books come from a local library network. EZ-Borrow can be used for books that the Library owns, but that are currently checked out by somebody else.

Journal Articles

  • Academic OneFile
Consider possible spelling variations. Link to subdivisions such as Origin, Religious Aspects, or Rites, Ceremonies and Celebrations.
  • ATLA Religion Database
Use the subject search and take advantage of search options such as language and publication type limits. The FindIt button links to the Library's holdings.
  • Rambi
A selective bibliography of articles in the various fields of Jewish studies and in the study of Eretz Israel. Coverage includes important articles published througout the world in the field of Judaica, mainly from the holdings of the Jewish National and University Library, and offprints of articles from journals or collections in the library. Rambi also lists articles from secondary sources..
