Beginning with 101st Congress (1989) through current Congress, provides full text of bills, public laws, Senate and House committee reports, Roll Call votes, and the Congressional Record. Bills and resolutions can be searched at http://thomas.loc.gov/home/bills_res.html and browsed at http://thomas.loc.gov/home/LegislativeData.php?n=Browse. Also contains some historical Congressional documents that can be searched by keyword. (THOMAS is scheduled to be replaced by http://beta.congress.gov/ in 2013).
