Test Instruments in Books
CatalogIf you're trying to find a business-related testing instrument, a good starting point is to try "questionnaire" with "business" as keywords or in the Title field in our Library's catalog. Search results can be narrowed with facets such as topic, era, language or region. Facets are located on the right hand side of the results screen.
WorldCat (OCLC)If there's a book that Villanova does not have but which would be particularly useful for finding or creating a business test instrument, WorldCat, which is a catalog of library holdings worldwide, will indicate any local library holdings and also offers an inter-library loan request option.
Test Instruments in Databases
PsycINFO 1872-current (ProQuest)PsycInfo indexes journals, dissertations and some books in various psychology-related fields. The most reliable method in Villanova databases for finding articles with test instruments is to search for "questionnaire" in the Title with "appendix" also searched for as a keyword.
PsycARTICLES (ProQuest)PsycARTICLES is another database of psychology articles, all full-text, from journals published by various psychology-related organizations.
HAPI: Health and Psychosocial InstrumentsHAPI is a database of reviews of test instruments used in the fields of health and psychosocial sciences. The actual instruments are not included full-text in the database, but this will help you identify the one you want. Knowing the test instrument's title helps you find it somewhere else.
CINAHL with Full Text( EBSCO)CINAHL indexes and provides full text for many nursing journals, some of whose articles are about psychology.
A slightly different method of searching CINAHL specifically for test instruments is required: after putting in the keywords associated with your topic in the main search areas at the top, scroll down to the "limit" section of the search interface, pull down the "Publication Type" drop-down box, and choose "Research Instrument."

Dissertations and Theses @ Villanova UniversityThis database provides access to many of the dissertations and theses published by members of the Villanova community, some of which include test instruments.
Dissertations and Theses Full Text (ProQuest)This database offers over 2.4 million dissertations and theses from around the world, some of which have test instruments included. Most are available in full text.
ICPSRICPSR stands for the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research, and it collects and distributes data from surveys and various public records that scholars have used in past projects. Some touch on aspects of psychology.
Your best method is this: when you have found a promising result in ICPSR from your "questionnaire" search, click on Browse Documentation, and on that page, open or download the "Codebook" for the project, which should include the test instrument used.
MathSciNet (AMS)This has some items related to psychology questionnaires, despite being a database of mathematical literature. This is what to do: put "psych" (without the quotation marks) with an asterisk at the end-- this searches for anything beginning with those five letters in that order-- in the Title field. Then set another field to Title also using the drop-down field, and put "questionnaire" in that. This searches for both at the same time.
MedlinePlusMedlinePlus brings together authoritative information, some about psychology, from NLM, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other government agencies and health-related organizations.
ProQuest Psychology Journals (ProQuest)Provides full text for hundreds of psychology related journals.
Psychiatry OnlineThis has some questionnaire-related hits, but you can't search for them specifically in the Titles. Still, it might be worth a look, especially if you have other search terms you can add to narrow down your results.
Psych WebProvides links to scholarly resources, full-text classics and information about careers along with other useful information.
Psychology and Marketing
PsyclineProvides links to psychology and social science journals on the web.
