Research SupportCollectionThe Reference Department maintains a 12,000 volume print collection of general and subject specific almanacs, atlases, bibliographies, dictionaries, directories, encyclopedias, handbooks, indexes, and statistics. In addition it provides access to more than 250 indexing, abstracting and full-text Databases available on the Web and to more than 150 CD-ROM titles available within the library. ServicesReference / Research AssistanceReference librarians answer questions at the desk, on the telephone (610-519-4273) or via email (ref@villanova.edu). They will help you locate information for class and personal use, recommend resources, assist with the formulation of research strategies, and instruct in the use of print and electronic resources.
