Speech of James Clarke, Esq. of Indiana delivered in the convention to amend the Constitution of Pennsylvania on the first of December, 1837 : in support of an amendment to prohibit banks from issuing notes of a less denomination than ten dollars for the present and less than twenty dollars from and after the year 1842.
