The case of conspiracy contained in the annexed pamphlet is submitted to the grave and serious consideration of every reflecting mind, and to the public generally do the laws sanction forgery, perjury, fraud, felony, swindling, and murder? : is a government, is any government which has secretly and covertly, indirectly, and privately, winked at such practices (of course, I write officially), deserving of the confidence of the British Houses of Lords and Commons, or fit to serve our Sovereign, the noble Lady Victoria?.
