A Detailed statement of the mode in which the revenue under the management of the Commissioners of Excise, is after its final collection remitted and paid in the Exchequer also describing and classifying the several deductions and payments made out of the gross produce of the same, the authorities under which such deductions or payments are made in London or in the country, and the manner of making them.
