Return from the Commissioners for Trade and Plantations to the Honourable House of Commons in consequence of the address of the said House to His Majesty, of the 29th day of January 1777 : relating to the general state of trade to Africa, the condition of the forts and settlements there, belonging to the African Company, and in what manner the several sums of money, granted by Parliament for maintaining and supporting the same, have been applied.
