With some observations concerning the originals, and power of the Parliaments of England and Scotland, and what the Kings power is in such cases. A copy of the Kings speech spoken before divers of the lords, peeres, and barons of the kingdome of Scotland. Also, a copie of the Irish rebels protestation, of their fidelity to the King, and confederacie against the Parliament; and their generall decree made at Waterford. Commanded to be published in all churches and chappels through the kingdome.
