"No known copy has the table of board and timber measure, but it was prob. the folding sheet [STC] 18676.5"--STC. The folded table present in this edition is of weights and measures.
With a final leaf bearing a poem on recto and an advertisement on verso; the last leaf is blank.
Identified as STC 20815 on UMI microfilm reel 1216.
