The power of the civill magistrate in matters of religion, and how far it extends, particularly in the businesse of tithes, toleration, &c. II. An instituted and fixed ministry; where, of that kinds of preaching by gifted brethren, which the scripture calls prophesying, with the limitations of it. III.
