Against Excessive Gaming, and the Explanation thereof, and what Securities given for Money won at Play, are avoided by the said Statute, in several nice Cases Argued and Resolved by the Judges. Of Cheats in Gaming. Remedy against Cheats in several resolv'd Cases by Action at Law, or by Indictments, &c. Of the Power of the Justices by the Common and Statute Law in punishing Offendess and searching Gaming Houses.
