Richard Puller of New Broad Street Buildings, London, Merchant, a Subject of our Sovereign Lord the King, Claimant, on Behalf of divers Persons, of divers Goods, Wares, and Merchandizes remaining on the Island of St. Eustatius at the Time the same was seized and taken by his Britannic Majesty's Sea and Land Forces, under the Command of Admiral Sir George Bridges (now Lord) Rodney, and the Honourable Major General John Vaughan, and therewith taken and seized, - - - Appellant. The said Sir George Bridges (now Lord) Rodney, and the Honourable Major General John Vaughan, the Captors of the said Island and Goods thereon, - - - Respondents.
