Item Description:"Two conjugate half-sheet poems, each printed on the recto, preceded by a dedication leaf 'To the Queen's most excellent Majesty, and to the Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners for the union of both kingdoms', signed 'John Fowler'. The dedication leaf is not always found with the poems, which have sometimes been separated." (Foxon).
'On the Queen's most glorious victories' - "The Macedonian youth, whose mighty name"; 'On the happy situation' - "Bless'd British Isle, by heavens propitious hand,".
