|Item Description:||Apparently a draft or model for the legislation incorporating the Union Bank (the Massachusetts Bank was incorporated in 1784). The present text, as amended by the printer's annotations on the American Antiquarian Society copy, is nearly that of that act, passed June 22, 1792 and published in the session laws for May 1792 (Evans 24517).|
