Digital Scholarship Lab Item Request Form

Use this form to request items and item sets from the Digital Scholarship Lab. Each item in the set will be checked out to your library account, and you will be responsible for returning all items in good condition. Items may be borrowed for 7 days. A fine of $1 per day for each item will be assessed for overdue items. Replacement and processing fees will be assessed for items not returned. 

Requests are processed in 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notice that your requests are ready for pickup from the first floor service desk during service hours. Items from the Digital Scholarship Lab must be returned to the service desk during service hours.
