Falvey Library co-sponsors a broad range of events each semester in partnership with academic departments/groups, faculty, staff, and student organizations. If you would like Falvey to co-sponsor your next event, please complete this form. In co-sponsoring your event, Falvey may be able to provide a space/set-up for the event, help with publicity and would also be willing to design a poster if given the information about the event at least four weeks in advance and if schedules allow.
NOTE: If you would like Falvey to create an event poster, please indicate any special design considerations, specifications, illustrations, font choices or requests, and provide any appropriate and usable photographs, logos, and artwork at proper resolutions. We will make our best effort to honor your requests, yet keep in mind our own event branding best practices and capabilities. Please specify requests below.
