Request a Venue

We will do the best we can to accommodate your request, however, please take the University academic calendar into consideration before scheduling. Scheduling an event depends on staffing; our team can handle a maximum of 4 events/meetings per day. To do this, we require a minimum of 10-12 days notice for scheduling events. We generally don't host events on weekends, but we will consider weekend space requests if we are given notice very early (at least 2 or more weeks).
