  1. How do I access research articles from Cinahl,Pubmed,Medline etc, using the online library?

You can access CINAHL and PubMed by starting at the library homepage and clicking "Subject Guides" on the left-hand side of the page and then choosing "Nursing."  On the nursing resource page there is a link for CINAHL and one for PubMed, which is the online version of Medline offered by the National Library of Medicine.

There are also links to downloadable search guides for CINAHL and PubMed on the nursing resource page.  In both databases, you click the "Find it" button to determine if the library has access to the full text.  If so, you will see a link that says "Full text available via..." and you can click this link to access the article.  If there is no full text link, you may click the link for ILLiad and request the article through interlibrary loan (allow 2 to 7 business days for ILL requests).
