Company Background

You'll need to get a company profile for your new product. Finding background information about large and public companies is far easier than it is for small, new, private organizations.  For small businesses or start-ups you may only be able to get data on the number of employees, total sales/revenue and sometimes funding.  Viewing company web sites and searching trade and business news should be helpful.
