Wireless Network: How to access the wireless network in the library

To connect to the wireless network, simply click VUMobile on your computer's list of available wireless networks and enter in your Villanova user name and password. This will work for any computer running Windows Vista or higher and Mac OS X 10.5 or higher. Instructions for older operating systems as well as more detailed instructions are linked below.

The properties of the Protected EAP should be revised as follows:

1. Add the server as1.villanova.edu, as2.villanova.edu, as3.villanova.edu, aaa.villanova.edu to the Connect to these servers box. 
2. Check the AddTrust External CA Root under Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
3. Uncheck the box for “Do not prompt user to authorize new servers or trusted certificate authorities.”
4. Click OK.

Once you insert your VU username and password, accept the certificate if prompted.
