Use Falvey's online catalog to find books, journal titles and other materials that the Library physically owns, such as DVDs and microfilm.

Once you located an item in the library catalog, its item record will show you—

  • the item's location (its call number and “Find on map” link indicate location)
  • whether the item is on the shelf
  • which years of a journal / newspaper the library owns

Books are shelved in our library's main stacks according to the Library of Congress call number system.

Check out our Searching Tips for more information about locating items in the library catalog.
