Library services are available to Villanova University students, faculty, and staff during posted Service Hours. Service hours are subject to change due to university breaks and holidays.

Research librarians are available for assistance Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm or by appointment.

24/7 Building Access

Villanova University students, faculty and staff with a valid Wildcard have 24/7 card access to the first, second, and ground floors of the Main Library, and all three floors of Old Falvey.

Library entrance doors LOCK 30 minutes prior to the end of service hours. A valid Wildcard is required to enter the building after this time.

Students who encounter difficulty using 24/7 study spaces may contact Public Safety for assistance at 610-519-6979 or via the NovaSafe application on their mobile device.

Note: 24/7 study areas may not be accessible during extended breaks and holidays. Call 610-519-4270 for additional information.

Courtesy patron and Visitor Hours

During periods of regular library hours, Courtesy patrons and visitors may enter the Library prior to 7:30 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and prior to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Visitors must check in at the service desk and present a valid and current photo identification card. The photo ID will be held at the service desk during the visit. Visitors must depart by the end of service hours.
