Renewals
No renewals are permitted on materials borrowed from Falvey Library.

Recalls
All library materials are subject to recall by another library patron or department. A recall will shorten your loan period and a notice will be sent to notify you of the adjustment to your due date. Failure to comply with a recall may result in a block on library privileges

Borrowing Limits
You may borrow up to 10 Main Stacks books.

Fines/Fees
Courtesy members will be charged late fines on overdue library materials. Lost book charges are assessed and borrowing is blocked once items become 30 days overdue or once the account balance has reached $5.00, whichever comes first.

Lost item replacement charges range from $25.00 to $150.00, depending on the material type and shelf location. A non-refundable processing fee of $30.00 will also be applied to each lost item. Once paid, lost item replacement charges are refundable up to one year from the date of payment. The library reserves the right to replace a title in question with a different title as dictated by the needs of the curriculum and the collection.

A lost book can be replaced by the patron with a brand new copy of the same title, edition, binding, and ISBN number. The replacement must be in new or very good condition and must not contain any visible damage or marks of any kind. Any late fines that had accrued plus a non-refundable processing fee of $30.00 will be payable upon receipt and approval of the replacement copy.

Database Access
Access to subscription databases is limited to on-site use for patrons with Courtesy membership (borrower) cards.
